Ever wanted to try this.......Hula hooping...... Well, now you can.

This 1 hour class is held at Scout and Guide Hall, Audlem, Cheshire

This form of exercise is a great aerobic workout and keeps your abs engaged the whole time, which is great to shed fat and get a flat tummy.

So the benefits of hula hooping are endless.....

Improve Hand-Eye Co-ordination & Motor Skills

Don't worry if you can't hula hoop, I will teach you the fundamentals how to waist hoop.

Plus, teaching different tricks to vary the workout to ensure you are working on other muscles groups and achieve different moves.

Each class has a combination of cardio, toning, learning new tricks.

The class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels

Fridays......9.30-10.30am

£5 per session
