How to get out of Coxbank

Regular readers will have seen our story yesterday about the problems residents have because of their flooded road in and out of Coxbank.

In an effort to help – and possibly encourage the council to fix the problem speedily – Audlem Online will be publishing a series of helpful hints about how to get out of Coxbank to work, shop, have a drink, go to school (not necessarily in that order) and see the outside world.

Audlem Online's surfing correspondent says it's best to wait until just after a car has driven through the lake and then try to ride the crest of the resulting wave, as demonstrated so professionally in the photo.
