This year's event is sponsored by 1st Choice for Homes of Nantwich and is open to all ages. Participants can run, jog or walk the course in their own festive fancy dress and everyone gets a medallion for taking park.

Adults will also get a free mince pie donated by Chatwins and children will be handed chocolate donated by Sugro.

Nantwich Voices will performing before and after the run, which sets off at 11am.

Hope House relies almost entirely on voluntary donations and needs to find £4 million this year to keep all its services running.

Area fundraiser Hannah Penney said: "We are again very excited for this event especially after last year's success."

Entry is £5 for adults and children run free. Registration forms are available at Hope House shops in both Nantwich and Crewe or call the office on 01691 671 671 or visit www.hopehouse.org.uk.
