Lllovely with Honey

We understand the Hay-fever sufferers at this time of year, and as some of our team have learnt, local honey is the answer!

Local honey contains traces of pollen, which when ingested helps the sufferer to be desensitised against an allergic reaction... Lllovely's smart fact for the day!

So we've been in touch with a local honey producer, who manages the entire process and bought some jars of fresh honey both in a runny and solid variety... and we want Audlems opinion.

If the honey is well received, we'll order some more as a regular supplier of local honey to the area, and a supporter of local produce suppliers.
