Our May meeting is at 7.30pm on May 16th in the Scout and Guide hall:

Dorothy Nicolle, a well known blue badge guide for the Heart of England but specialising in Shropshire will talk on '2000 years of Shropshire history'.

She is the author of 30 books on local and general history and our society has previously enjoyed her talks on Telford the engineer, Brother Cadfael and Francis Frith the victorian photographer. She also will escort walking tours of Shropshire towns by arrangement.

All welcome. If you haven't previously attended our meetings, please come along as a visitor, without obligation, – £3, school children/students free. You'll find an informal, relaxed atmosphere and we hope you'll enjoy an interesting and informative evening. Light refreshments served afterwards.
