History Society outing

The Audlem District History Society had a most enjoyable trip around the Rylands Library in Manchester where we found there was an unsorted box of documents relating to Audlem!  

We need to organise a working visit sometime to at least list what is there. 

Then we moved to the Victoria Baths which won the Restoration money a couple of years ago.  What an amazing building full of ceramic tiles and stained glass and also full of social history.

The renovations have been done to a very high standard but there is much more to be done so by visiting we were helping to support their work.
