Learning how to save someone's life takes just two hours.

Emergency Life Support (ELS) is promoted by the British Heart Foundation as the set of actions needed to keep someone alive until professional help arrives.

In Audlem, this professional help will be provided by the Audlem First Responder Team backed up by the Ambulance service and Leighton Hospital.

The Audlem Heartstart scheme is now ready to run FREE courses in the village (supported by the Parish Council), given by volunteer instructors who are Community First Responders.

The first of these courses will be in the Public Hall on Tuesday evening 17th Jan. 1930-2130 pm. You can book a place by sending an email to heartstartaudlem@btinternet.com" target="_blank">heartstartaudlem@btinternet.com or by telephoning Debbie Ruscoe-Icke on 01270 812339.
