Hatherton Bends – Xtra large Pot Hole
A heads up to all road users. As most will be aware the section of the A529 at the Hatherton bends has been in poor shape surface wise for some time now.
However this morning on my return from Nantwich it appears to have rapidly deteriorated to a point I would term hazardous.
It's usually possible to ' navigate ' around potholes, but on this section of road it is not.
I had to brake and reduce my speed to walking pace ,which is risky in itself ,and even then it was an unpleasant experience.
Anyone on two wheels please be particularly careful.
I have reported my concern, by phone , to Highways as a matter of urgency.
