A reminder that Hankelow Fete this year will be raising funds for Audlem First Responders and The North West Air Ambulance, with all proceeds from the Grand Prize Draw going to Audlem First Responders. The First Prize this year will be £100 Cash and there will be many other prizes. Tickets for the Grand Prize Draw are available from Hankelow Amenities Group members.
Tickets will also be available in Audlem under the Butter Market on Saturday, 9th June from 10.00 am until 12.00 noon when members of the Group will be promoting this year's Fete.
At the Fete, on Sunday 17th June, there will be numerous stalls providing delicious refreshments including Tea/Coffee Cake Marquee Snugbury's Ice Cream and a BBQ. A refreshing Pimm's Bar will be featured again this year.
Once again we would love you to bring your 'Muttley' along to our Fun Dog Show- your 'Muttley' could win a prize!
Also to be enjoyed are Fun and Games for All the Family, Sports for all Ages, Face Painting, Super Football Game, Coconut Shy, Hook a Duck and Adults and Children's Tombola. There will also be numerous stalls selling Plants, Books, Food and Fine Things. New this year is 'Beach House Interiors' a 'pop up shop' selling coastal themed gifts and accessories for the home, which will be in support of our two chosen charities this year.
Also featured this year is a Children's Collage Competition. Children are invited to make a Collage on a piece of A4 paper or card, on the theme of either 'A Royal Wedding' or 'The World Cup'. Entry forms and further details will be available from members on Saturday, 9th June from 10.00 until 12.00 noon under the Butter Market.
Do come along to our beautiful Village Green for this Free Event with Free Parking- a charming traditional English Fete and have a great family afternoon whilst supporting very worthwhile causes.
