Hankelow Fete on Sunday

It's the Hankelow Fete this coming Sunday, 12th June. It is a great afternoon for all the family and the Amenities Group are looking forward to welcoming everyone to this lovely village event.

The two charities the group are supporting this year are The Christie Hospital, Manchester and Stapeley Wildlife Centre, Stapeley, Nantwich. The Group have raised over £3,000. for various charities and village events over the past three years.

Entry to the Fete is Free and the entertainment starts at 1.15 p.m. with Audley Brass
Band. Other attractions include:-

• Audlem St. James's School Maypole Dancers
• Music Land – Market Drayton
• Dog Display Team
• Childrens' Sports
• Great Tea and Cakes Marquee
• Snugbury's Ice Cream
• Locally run burger and hot dog stall

There will also be many stalls including:-

• Plant Stall
• Book Stall
• Charity Stalls
• Splat the Rat
• Football Challenge
• Golf Game
• Food and Fine Things Stall
• Tombola
• Hook a Duck
• Face Painting
• Coconut Shy

There will be a Grand Raffle with many prizes, the top prize being £100.

There are a few vacancies for stallholders. Anyone wishing to have a stall at this
