Hankelow Amenities Group's Annual Village Fete is to be held on Fathers' Day, Sunday, 18th June, 2017.

Entry to the Fete is free and the entertainment begins at 1.00 pm with Crewe Concert Band.

The Fete will be in support of The British Heart Foundation this year, in memory of Roy Hill, resident of Hankelow and our Fete's Master of Ceremonies. The Fete will also be supporting other local charities.

A fun packed afternoon for all the family is planned including:-

  • Refreshments marquee serving teas, coffees, soft drinks and cakes
  • Vale Royal Falconry
  • U3A Scottish Dancers
  • Children's 'Garden on a Plate' Competition
  • Musicland from Market Drayton
  • Fun Dog Show
  • Children's Sports
  • Snugbury's Ice Cream
  • A BBQ with delicious sausages from Audlem's 'Oxtail and Trotter'
  • A Craft Stall, a Plant Stall, Book Stall
  • Food and Fine Things Stall
  • Coconut shy

....together with various other stalls and games.

New this year is the addition of Hankelow Amenities Group's 'Pimms on The Green' stall, serving Pimms, Pimm's Cider Cup. Lemonade and Pimms cupcakes.

All proceeds from the Grand Prize Draw will go to The British Heart Foundation with a Cash First Prize of £100.00, plus many other prizes.

Come along and enjoy a traditional family Fete on our beautiful village green, whilst supporting several very worthwhile causes.
