Back by popular demand this Saturday we will have Elys from The Sauce Queen doing some fabulous tastings. She will be giving sauce tasters to go with our fresh range at our Fish@ Oxtail and Trotter stall.

Other great delights available this weekend include a new Wild Boar Salami along with the very popular Shropshire Coppa dry cured ham from Forest Pig, our English charcuterie supplier.

The pheasant and partridge season is drawing to a close at the end of the month so make sure you pop in and bag yourself a pheasant or partridge before the game season ends.

Our beef this week is Welsh Black; a stunning tasting beef which is tender and succulent.

So if it's fish, beef or game on the menu this weekend why not drop by the shop and talk to one of the team.
