George's Pork BBQ

A reminder that George’s Pork and Poultry will be doing a BBQ, free tasting and stall, outside Audlem Mill this weekend for the Beer festival.

We will be releasing a few new sausage flavours including the much awaited Satan’s Paradise. This is the hottest sausage we have ever made.  The chilli content is so high you may have to  sign a disclaimer before you buy a packet! 

You can also sign up to enter tomorrow's hot sausage competition. And when we say hot, we mean hot. It's £4 to enter and the challenge is to finish a 12" Satan's Paradise banger with all proceeds going to the RNLI – more news tomorrow but there's an entry form outside the Mill Shop this afternoon.

Entrants must be over 18. The prize for the winner is a £15 George's Pork & Poultry voucher but, more importantly, the accolade of being George's Pork & Poultry 12" Satan's Paradise Audlem Beer Festival 2011 Champion! But read the disclaimer before you start eating – even that will make you cry – with laughter, we hope.

We will of course be selling the ever popular ginger and spring onion, stilton & asparagus, red wine rosemary, along with another 12 flavours. Come along and see us and try before you buy. 

If you buy any 4 packs of sausage you will receive a free half dozen of free range double yolk eggs (while stock last). 

Please note, the shop at Lock 15 will also be open throughout the Beer Festival.  We look forward to seeing you either at the shop or the BBQ.
