Gastro Summer Saturday Pies, Pies, Glorious Pies

We have some great pies in the display freezer at the minute – these are from Great Berwick Organics – Longhorn beef raised on the banks of the River Severn.

Great Berwick Farm is Hugh's family farm, now farmed by his cousin Sam. They rear this magnificent and traditional breed of beef slowly on a diet of purely organic grass and clover.

Although we have to say that we are not stocking these pies because of our family links – we stock them because they are fabulous tasting pies and we know exactly where they come from and what a great life these animals have.

We have in stock:

• Minced Beef & Onion
• Steak & Ale
• Steak & Stilton
• and the old classic Steak & Kidney.

They are £3.50 each – try them, we are sure that you will love them!

Sausage Competition

Our sausage competition to find "The Audlem Sausage" is still open and we welcome all entries.

From all of the entries we will shortlist 3 and start creating!

Wagyu Beef

We have a limited supply of Wagyu beef in stock at the moment – please ask for availability. The good news is that we have some more Wagyu coming in next week so what we don't have this week we should have next!

Fresh Fish

We will have some beautiful fresh fish on our pop-up stall today, get there early to avoid disappointment. We usually have the stall in the courtyard from 10.00 – 2.00pm.

If you wish to discuss any future orders for fresh fish please speak to Charles. We can place orders on Wednesday for collection on Friday/Saturday.
