The game that wasn't, was!

Oopps, slight technical hitch today. We did have a game after all. (My mistake, sssh, don't tell though!)

A big "Thank You" goes to Mr Williams who happened to check out the website and then it was all phones ringing.

The lads are so keen, we were able to get all players there within an hour. Good job too as it was a thoroughly exciting game and an excellent win for Audlem Saints under 9s. 2-1 against Alsager Gunners. That puts us 2nd in the league with 19 points.

We really are not playing in the League next week, but we have arranged a friendly with Crewe Cobras. We had a brilliant training session last Saturday. So this is going to continue every Saturday at 2.00pm on the park.

"Considering we had no time for preparation, the boys must have football on their minds and pulled this result out of the bag," says Dave Bebbington the manager.
