Funky is back!

After a break in 2010 Funky Audlem is back this year on Sunday July 17th.

Planning is now underway for a fun filled day for children and young people all of which will take place on the playing field in what of course will be glorious summer weather!

There will be themed craft activities, sporting action and special events finishing off with a free barbeque and live music and performances from local young talents.

As we are in the early stages of planning, we would like to have ideas especially from young people, of what you would like to see and experience in the way of activities. Also we would like to hear from any adults and group organisers in the village who think they can contribute in any way, perhaps by taking on and organising something.

The success of the award winning Funky Audlem in the past has largely been due to the coming together of different organisations all contributing under the umbrella of the Funky coordinating team.
