You can book your FREE consultation with the Shop Doctor now. "Shop Doctor" Bill Smith is an independent retail consultant with a wealth of experience of working with and helping independent retailers of all shapes and sizes.

Cheshire East Council is working with Bill to provide independent retailers in Nantwich (and hopefully Audlem), Sandbach and Middlewich with a free one-to-one consultation in their own premises. Bill's consultation will cover areas that include:
-Increasing customer spend
-Enhancing visual impact
-Maximising display space
-Improving profit

There are only 6 places available in each town (or village) so please book early to
avoid disappointment:
