Fly tipping last night on Monks Lane

The despicable person had thrown this over the hedge into a field where cattle graze.

If they could be bothered to load their vehicle and drive down a country lane, why not drive to Whitchurch or Crewe to a tip and dispose of their waste responsibly and free of charge?
