Escaping Coxbank (Part 3)

We understand the water has returned at Coxbank so will continue our series on how to escape from there to the outside world.

Returning from her Sabbatical five weeks earlier than expected, Audlem Online's aviation correspondent Avril Fouliere couldn't hold back when she heard of Coxbank residents' problems with the flood.

As an alternative to our previous suggestions of surfing or rafting to the outside world, she's offering what she describes as "the ride of their life" to anyone she fancies from Coxbank's stretch of canal into Audlem.

Avril can be found at Coxbank International Airport – follow the signs to Bryanair Departures in Terminal 2 and just ask for Avril. They all know her well and can point you in the right direction!
