Didn't Billy do well

Billy Gibbons starred in BBC2's quiz programme Debatable last night – you can watch his performance on iPlayer and it's well worth checking out.

Billy had to work with a panel of three celebrities – Patrick Kielty, Alex James and Dame Esther Rantzen – answering a series of tricky questions where the celebrities try to help guide our Audlem celebrity to the right answer.

It was a stunning performance too with an exciting finale where Billy, helped by just one panelist, Patrick Kielty, had to identify three Michael Jackson Number One UK hits out of six titles up on screen.

Getting the answer correct would hand Billy a big wad of money. It was very tense. We shouldn't include a spoiler but let us just say that Billy had a broader smile throughout this show than on any of his earlier exploits on TV game shows.
