• Roast tomato and chili soup with rice.
• English Asparagus with soft poached egg and a hollandaise sauce.
• Salmon and prawn cocktail with a lemon dill mayonnaise.
• Cold pressed Ham hock and rhubarb terrine with piccalilli.

Mains

• Roast rump of beef served with Yorkshire pudding and red wine gravy.
• Roast Maynards gammon with our own honey and sugar glaze.
• Pan fried trout fillet with potted crayfish and herb oil.
• Spinach and feta cheese risotto served with beetroot crisps.

All served with a selection of fresh vegetables and potatoes.
