Contact BT chief executive

I emailed the Chief Executive of BT, after having a frustrating day with the help line, and within 1 hour had a telephone call from the Customer Services Director.

He is going to get TSO who look after the exchanges to investigate the problem.

I also sent him a link to AudlemOnline so that he could see the problems and look at Chatbox.

I am having another telephone call tomorrow afternoon for an update.
