Co-pilot with John Stothert

I have just found your piece about John Stothert while searching on-line. I was told about John's death by his son David – sad news and indeed he will be sadly missed.

My father, Tom Curry, helped John build the micro-light and was in it when they both crashed. Whilst my Dad was hospitalised and suffered back injuries, I know John was in a very critical condition and lucky to survive.

My father died in 2005 and my Mum, who also remembers John well, now lives with us in Scotland.

If there are any reports on John's funeral and the gathering afterwards, I would be very grateful if you could forward them to me as we would all love to read them.
