Children in Need cake sale

Thank you to all who supported the Beaver, Cub and Scout Children in Need cake sale at the Buttermarket last weekend.

In total £110.00 was raised.

A reminder also from yesterday's story that from January 6th 2014, Audlem Scout Group will be meeting on a Monday night from 6.30 to 8.30pm.

Lynn Brookes will be taking on the role of Scout Leader and has developed an exciting programme for the Scouts to follow through until the summer months including a trip to the battle fields of WW1 as part of the centenary commemorating the start of this conflict.

In trying to keep the cost of this visit to a minimum, the Scouts will be funding raising quite a bit this coming year, so please keep a look out and support if you can.

So, once again, the Scouts will be meeting on a Monday night so if you know anyone of Scout age who would like to join please speak to Lynn on 07725 129310
