Cheshire East Housing Land plan

The Cheshire East Council Five Year Housing Land Supply Position Statement, on which it is pinning much of its hopes of resisting the plague of speculative planning applications (including the Little Heath and Mill Lane proposals in Audlem) has now appeared.

The plan does not, as far as we can see, include any sites in Audlem which do not already have full or outline planning permission already granted.

Whether this will be enough to stave off the speculators is another issue, of course.
