Can you identify Local Fungus

Out for a walk, the morning of 21st January 2016, I spotted this fungus in the road-side verge. It's diameter was 180mm.

Initial thought was: Is it a late one from Autumn 2015, or a very early one for Autumn 2016. Either way, it seems to be unusual.

Second thought, on looking at the photo, was: How many different 'plants' are there in the photo, and what are their names?

I don't know the answer, but I'm sure some of you botanical viewers will be able to enlighten us. Click on the photo to enlarge.
