Calling 'Mr Shirt'

Is there is a Mr Shirt living in the village?

The reason I ask is that I have had some mail for him (the address on the envelope was Mr Shirt but with my address and postcode) and, a short time ago, I had a knock on the door from a company asking for Mr Shirt.
