Buy/sell Bounces Back

It is just a fortnight since AudlemOnline brought back the buy/sell feature onto the website, having taken it off for several weeks during the height of the COVID-19 crisis.

If the webteam ever needed convincing how popular this feature of the website has proved to be over the years, we were left in no doubt by the flood of entries (nearly 100) since its re-introduction.

With everything from an acre of standing grass, through a fish kettle to an astronomical telescope, there seems to be no end to the variety of things that people have discovered hidden away in odd corners and ripe for disposal.

So can we use this opportunity to plead with advertisers to remove items that have been sold as soon as they can, either through the deletion mechanism provided, or by sending a message to the editor with the description of the item to be removed along with the date on which it was put onto buy/sell so that we can do it for you.
