BURGLARY ALERT

Over the past few weeks, a number of sheds and out buildings have been broken into in the Audlem, Bridgemere, Wrinehill and Aston areas.

Items taken include power tools, bicycles, fishing tackle, motorbikes and a quad bike.We are asking people to look at their security to try to prevent more incidents. Please think about stronger locks, cctv and security lighting.

We would also suggest that serial numbers from valuable items are recorded in case stolen items are retrieved. Please be vigilant and report any suspicious activity such as vehicles or people that look out of place.

Non-emergency incidents should be reported by calling 101. Please use 999 in an emergency, for example if you see a crime in progress.

If you contact your local officers, they would be more than happy to visit your property to discuss security options that could help prevent you being a victim of crime.
