BT on the critical path?

Roy Plume has sent us two pictures suggesting that BT are on the "critical path" for local road repairs.

Firstly, the BT overhead wires are in the way of a crane which would be needed to lift the bits of broken parapet on the Woore Road bridge,

Secondly, the inscription BT in large white lettering has appeared by the damaged manhole cover.
