Blue Bells Galore at Adderley

After seeing the Adderley Blue Bell walk advertised on AOL my wife and I along with a some friends went along to try it. It was one of the best displays of bluebells we have ever seen with swathes of bluebells around every turn.

There was a shorter walk and a longer 5km route. The longer route was a little more challenging but drier than we would have expected. The organisers did a great job making walkers feel very welcome.

A special thanks should go to the tea tent who, although in the process of packing, took the time to provide us with squash and lovely cake. (It had taken a little longer to get around as we ended up doing the short walk and then the long walk as well but that's another story.)

A great walk and we all hope they do it again in the future.
