Audlem Scouts have been out and about in Bickerton Hills this last weekend. We had a great turn out and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Navigating their way around the footpaths, searching for Mad Allens Cave and cooking their lunch, Cheshire Hike style. Training will be in full flow early next year, getting our scouts ready to participate in Cheshire Hike 2017.

It has been a very busy term for Audlem Scouts. We had a Survival Skills Camp at Milldale campsite. The reality of being self sufficient was a bit of a shock for some, but many life skills were learnt over the weekend.

Fright Night Party for Halloween. The disturbing looking food, The gross activities, the amazing special effects makeover (Massive thank you to Ellie) and meeting the pirates (Thank you Helen & Tiz), as well as the loud party tunes. (Thank you Alisdair for lending us the lights, they really made the atmosphere)

Emergency Aid skills learnt (Thank you Dr Sullivan) A visit from an ex forces sniper (Thank you Sniper Dave)

Making Chutney to sell at the xmas switch on (Thank you to everyone who provided ingredients and an even bigger thank you to all that bought our Chutney, If you ordered some, it's on its way)

Delivering the village newsletter (Thank you scouts, you did a fabulous job)

Remembrace Sunday Parade (You did yourselves proud Scouts, Cubs & Beavers)
Xmas post (the post boxes are situated in Williams Newsagents & The Bridge Inn) and a film night planned for the last meeting before Christmas, a well
deserved chill out night.

Plus loads more...
We will be very busy next year, lots of camps and events including a very exciting trip to Normandy.

With so much going on, we have a lot of fundraising to do, so please continue to support us as we try to raise funds for our Normandy trip and a much needed box trailer to carry our camp kit.
Without your support to raise funds we are not able to put on activities or our troop, or buy equipment to enable us to give our young people the experiences that stay with them through to adulthood. So your support is greatly appreciated, thank you.
