Audlem's Scout and Guide Hall – the Future

The Audlem Scout and Guide hall committee are now looking to the future and are requesting your help in assisting in whichever way you can.

We presently run the hall as a sub-committee, mainly by Leaders from the 1st Audlem Brownies, Guides, Beavers and Cubs and we are seeking a new Chairperson and secretary as well as a fund raising group. The Committee presently meet three times each year to discuss concerns, queries and improvements. Would you be able to join us? Our next meeting is in October?

The fund raising group may consist of parents of children presently in the Units or anyone that is interested from the village in giving some help to the community in supporting the ongoing maintenance and fabric of this old village building (at one time a chapel).

Are you new to the village?

If so, this would be a lovely opportunity to meet new people whilst immersing yourself into village life.
We have necessary repairs to our roof, of which quotes have been obtained and grant applications now to follow before we proceed.
