The Audlem Sausage Competition

A reminder that our sausage competition will be closing for entries on tomorrow, Saturday 30th August – we have had some amazing entries so far and hope to get some more before the closing date!

What flavours do you think would make a great "Audlem" Sausage? Once entries have closed we will shortlist three of them and start trying to create the recipes.

Once Zoe and team are happy with the recipes we will then arrange a tasting weekend where we will have a "taste-off" in the courtyard which will be open to all.

We hope that you will all come to this event and vote for your favourite, you will be voting for BANGER A,B or C so there will be no opportunity for favouritism or skewed voting!

The winner will be crowned "The Audlem Sausage" and will be welcomed into Oxtail & Trotter's kitchen for a Sausage Masterclass with Zoe & Simon and will get to take home 102 of these fine handmade sausages!
