Saturday 14th May and a beautiful sunny day was the medal and trophy day for Audlem Saints Football Club.
The club has some 80 ish members of children up to 16 years who meet each week during the season and are trained by qualified coaches. Mums and dads form the committee under the chairmanship of Ralph Warburton.
This week was "prize giving" when each child member received a medal and four trophys were given out in each of three groups.
The committee arranged a fund raising competition to guess the weight of a cake especially made for the occasion
