Audlem Saints FC

I have now joined the team who run the Audlem Saints Football Club .

This is run by a team of dedicated coaches for children from years 3 to 7, boys and girls. Set up many years ago, it is very alive and very vibrant .
Evidence of this spirit was on show on Saturday .

Snow on the pitch. Miserable weather. Cold .

But 48 children turned out, with their mums and dads .48! An amazing and superb sight to witness as very keen and excited boys and girls were coached in their play .
Coaches Jamie, Ben, Lee, Jason , Shaun and spent the two hours, teaching them the Intricacies of the beautiful game. And having fun of course.

The Saturdays will continue right through the months, as long as we can get the coaching staff.
We hope to set in place a committee and to have an AGM soon. Also to seek affiliation with the FA and hopefully tap in to the support they can give to such clubs as this. Funding too perhaps and also a good seed group to perhaps one day play in the senior Audlem F C .
So, next Saturday all again welcome and let's have a good season.
