Audlem Ramblers (ARS) Next Wednesday Walk 17th September.

The next Wednesday Ramble is on the 17th September and will be led by Peter Jackson, meeting time is 2.00 p.m. in the Town Hall Car Park.

We will then head for Sandy Lane, which will take us to Wood Orchard Lane, from there we will head for Kettle Lane, which will lead us to Woodhouse Lane. Onwards we will take the path across Highfields which will take us to Bridge 72 on the canal, where we will have a break before we walk down the towpath to The Shroppie.

This walk is 5 miles long, and due to the changeable weather, you should come prepared for inclement conditions.

NB. All walkers must have suitable footwear and be prepared for adverse weather, carry food and water to last for the entire walk and be suitably fit for the various lengths of walk.

Each walk is led by a nominated leader who will carry some first-aid equipment. The leader has the right to refuse to include in a group anyone who is felt not be adequately equipped.

Non-members of Audlem Rambling Society (ARS) are welcome to come on a walk but are expected to join ARS and pay the membership fee after a trial walk or two.
