Audlem Online has been featured in a lengthy interview with Jeremy Vine on BBC Radio 2's lunch time programme.

The website was used as an example of the new media threatening the future of local newspapers. Today's website content was described in some detail by Jeremy Vine who then discussed the role of community websites with Audlem Online's editor.

The broadcaster said how impressed he was with the website's design and invited listeners to check out Audlem Online and the range of news carried each day.
