The Audlem Music & Arts Festival

This most wonderful event – the Biggest FREE Music & Arts Festival in Cheshire – takes place over the May weekend from the 26th to the 30th.

We have been working on the Festival now from last July and I am pleased to say that all our labours and the long meeting nights in the Lord Combermere and in our own homes and offices are bearing the right fruit.

The programme of music we have booked provides the widest kaleidoscope of sounds to suit all tastes – ranging through Rock, Soul, Blues, Classical and soft acoustic guitars. Plus wonderful Arts Exhibits within the Methodist Hall and at The Fat Pigeon.

Programme soonWe will be issuing our much larger programme pamphlet soon – increased from 8 pages last year to 16 this year – which gives the fine detail of every day and each time for all of over 55 performers here in the vibrant village that is Audlem.

I have been working hard with the Bridge Inn to try to ensure that under the management there, they are able to come along and play a major part over the weekend and I do feel I may be close to achieving this.

More news as we get closer to the day. Meanwhile remember it is all FREE and presented by a very talented, hard working and very small bunch of dedicated and caring people!
