Audlem Lass New Season Starts Today

The 2017 Season on the water for The Audlem Lass Boat Service starts today Friday April 14th Good Friday at 10.30 am from Overwater Marina to Lock 15 Audlem, returning at 10.45 and then running a half hourly service .

The service will run every day over the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend with the last sailing leaving from Lock 15 at 4.15pm on Monday 17th Easter Monday. This will be the beginning of our 7th Season. The normal weekend service after Easter, will continue every Saturday and Sunday, including bank holidays until late October.

To date we have carried over 25,000 passengers and over 2,000 dogs. The Audlem Lass Boat Service is run by a team of some 30 volunteers, young and old alike, and we are always looking for new volunteers, both for crewing the boat on the water, and for the behind the scenes work which is vital to keep the service going.
