Audlem Lass back in service

Yesterday, there was thought to be a serious engine problem with Audlem Lass – hence the story on Audlem Online.

Fortunately, Rod Cottrell reports: "We sorted the problem, it was nothing like we thought, simply some special canal weed or muck in the heating system. We now know how to dismantle the gears and bottom end of the engine along with the impeller – all good for our CV!"

"Audlem Lass will be on from 10.00am til 6.00pm on Bank Holiday Monday. Sorry for any unplanned walking for those who were planning to take the boat yesterday."
