With the new cricket season now on the horizon the club have organized the pre-season indoor nets at The Cricket Barn in nearby Aston commencing on Sunday February 5 between 10.00am & 11.00am for a period of 8 weeks.

With 2 lanes booked there will be plenty of capacity and the nets are open to anyone who fancies a go. The club would be delighted to welcome any of the newcomers to the village and surrounding area. We run two teams every weekend throughout the season with the Saturday X1 competing in the North Staffordshire and South Cheshire Cricket League & the Sunday team playing friendly cricket to enable players of every ability and age to participate in out summer sport. We are always on the lookout for any new talent ( or just enthusiasm if you haven't any ) to join us.

The maintenance team have again been busy throughout the long winter months building a new scoring facility to complement the digital scoreboard purchased last season. The chief designer, Lennie Meredith also headed the small construction team to ensure it would be completed on time and built to a good specification... Lennie is also the resident scorer for the league X1.

The League fixtures are due to be announced soon and will be put on the clubs website. The Sunday games are all arranged and shown complete with all the contact details should anyone require any further information. ( audlem.play-cricket.com )

The club would also welcome any ball sponsors for the forthcoming season . £25.00 per game and named on all the match reports and media posts for the fixture.
