My name is Lisa Harris and I am a health visitor in the Nantwich health visiting team.
The Audlem child health clinic is back up and running at Audlem GP surgery every third Wednesday of the month (eg 17th July, 21st August, 18th September and so on).
It runs from 9.30-11am for children up to school age and a member of the health visiting team will be available to weigh baby/child and offer advice.
