Audlem being judged for Britain in Bloom

The North West Britain in Bloom judging of the village is taking place next week on 2nd July. Ralph Warburton will be taking the judges around the village to show them just what a lovely place it is and showing them the work Audlem in Bloom does to help maintain the flower beds, troughs and trees.

Some 2000 summer bedding plants have been planted in the flower beds and troughs to augment the hanging baskets already in place. All in all some £2000 will be spent in making the village and surrounding district look good for the summer – right through to October.

Anything you can do to tidy up hedges, gardens etc would be warmly appreciated.
