ARS Walk Saturday 23rd Cancelled

I know this walk like the back of my hand but decided to see what it was like today.

The recce, with a short coffee break, took four and three quarter hours! Most of the extra time was spent clearing vegetation with clippers. It left me with serious arm scratches. 

The clearance meant it could just be got through though it really needs machinery. However several seriously damaged and dangerous stiles made the walk impossible. I will have to speak to Cheshire East. It was very disappointing.

As I don't have the energy for another recce I am afraid I can offer nothing else.
