Another Gladman appeal

The Alsager Chronicle says that Gladman Developments are going to court after one of its planning applications was turned down.

The newspaper says: "A planning appeal decision is not the end of the road for a developer who is determined to build in Alsager. Gladman Developments is mounting a High Court challenge over the decision not to allow a 155-home estate on Sandbach Road North."

More details when we have them as Gladman continue to challenge planning decisions by councils.

Gladman Developments have two similar planning applications for the site at Little Heath, Audlem, one at appeal and the other still to considered by Cheshire East Council.
