Recently Audlem Parish Council arranged with Cheshire East Council for air pollution monitoring to take place in the village square where the large trucks and heavy vehicles pass through. This started happening in January, and we have not heard of any results.
However, if you would like to set up a monitoring station in your neighbourhood then this suggestion from Dr Bloor may be appropriate

I have already got a kit, which I am installing at home, up on Kinsey Heath, in the hope that it will identify us as 'relatively clean', in spite of the diesel-powered tractors, lorries, vans, land-rovers, 4x4s and cars that pass by every day.
