ADCA Medical Transport – new phone number

For anyone in the Audlem area who is unable to access transport to attend medical appointments, the ADCA Medical Transport Service may be able to help. This is a service run by volunteers, including the people who man the dedicated phone line on Monday and Thursday mornings, between 10am and 12 noon.

Please give as much notice as possible if you require transport for an appointment at hospital, a local clinic, or at the GP practice in Audlem.

The new phone number for the Medical Transport Service is 07984 785907 and you can telephone at any time and leave your details and the details of your appointment. We will see if a volunteer driver is available to help you and we will telephone you back to confirm.

ADCA asks for a contribution towards the cost of running the service: this should be paid to the driver, who will provide a receipt. Our office volunteers will let you know the cost in advance if you ask them.
