ADAS planting paying dividends

Walking along the canal these last few days, it has been very rewarding to see the wealth of daffodils and narcissi that we in ADAS planted a year or so back.

And the bluebells are sprouting well with their flower spikes yet to appear. These last were in memory of a loved one from the village – paid for by a gift to ADAS.

The trees we planted all along from Lock 12 to Bagley Lane look healthy and we will be placing new stakes on those that need them in the next few days.

Add to this the new daffodils planted to the left of the entrance of Tollgate are coming up too. Nice to be alive at this time.
