On Sunday and last Thursday the ADAS gardening volunteers were weeding and cleaning in Cheshire street, the Square and Shropshire street.

The photos show work in progress in tidying up one of the grass triangles at the end of Windmill drive. Amazingly it has cleared about two feet of soil and grass from the pavement around the triangles.

The other 6 volunteers were out of shot or working elsewhere.

The other grass triangle will be tidied this week, hopefully on Monday.

If you wish to join in with the remaining work in the village centre, please join ADAS at the Buttermarket on Tuesday 17th July at 18.30.
